Creative Coaching Partners (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and our front-facing product Voice Over Gold Rush, led by Philip, provide both group classes and 1:1 coaching sessions. By registering for any of our programs, you agree to the following terms.

Refunds:

• We have a 7-day refund policy. After registering, you have up to seven (7) calendar days to cancel your registration and request a refund. The refunded amount will be subject to a deduction of a 5% processing fee and a 10% administrative fee to cover associated costs. No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period has elapsed.

• Due to fixed costs (including instructor preparation, administrative costs, salaries, coordination, and scheduling), all class or coaching fees are nonrefundable eight (8) days after your registration date.

• Refunds will not be provided after attending any portion of a scheduled session (group or 1:1).

• Failure to attend a scheduled class or coaching session without prior written notice will result in forfeiture of your investment.

• Requests for refunds must be emailed within 7 days of registration to [email protected], including the name of the program you purchased and the email you registered with. (No exceptions.)

Transfers:

• You may request to transfer your registration to a different class date or coaching session of equal or lesser value, to be held within one (1) year, for a $99 transfer fee. Transfer requests must be made in writing prior to the date of your original booking.

• No transfers will be made within 48 hours of a scheduled session start time.

• Only one transfer is allowed per registration.

• Transfers may be made to another individual with written permission from Philip or Creative Coaching Partners.

Failure to Attend:

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior written notice as described above will result in the forfeiture of all payments made toward that session.

Payment Plans:

• By participating in any delayed or partial payment plan, you agree to pay the balance in full in accordance with the agreed terms. Failure to complete payment will result in loss of access to future sessions, materials, and bonuses, and may result in referral to a collections service.

• Access to class recordings, materials, or bonuses is contingent upon full payment.

Event / Session Pricing:

• Tuition covers instruction only. All travel, equipment, and related expenses are NOT included.

Product Purchases:

• Digital products, course access, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed.

• Any physical merchandise (e.g., books, workbooks) may be returned in original condition within 10 days for a refund or exchange. A $30 missing item/damage fee will be applied to any product not in “like new” condition.

Policy Changes:

• Policies may change without prior notice. The terms in place at the time of your purchase will apply.
